Shipping policy

Local Delivery

  • We offer next-day delivery within Toronto and the GTA. We use a local courier or sometimes our own staff to deliver Mon-Sat (Excluding Holidays). If you need a gift delivered same-day, feel free to reach out to us because we might be able to make your same day order if we are not busy.
  • Our typical local “hand-delivery” has now changed to front door drop off. We will ring the doorbell and ensure they have received the package. If they live in a condominium or apartment building, we will leave the package with concierge or bring it up to their front door if there is no concierge.
  • If a recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, the gift may be left with reception, concierge, or on the front porch. If the area is deemed unsafe or there is nobody available to accept the gift on the recipient’s behalf, it will be returned to us and you will be contacted for further direction.

    Domestic Delivery

    • Boxes that contain alcohol cannot be shipped domestically.

    International Delivery

    • We do not deliver outside of Canada at this time.

    • $10 - Toronto ONLY
    • $15 - GTA (Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham, Newmarket, Unionville, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Aurora, Oakville, Oakridges, Oshawa)
    • $15 - Extended GTA (Burlington, King City, Kleinberg, Nobleton, Stouffville).
    • $20 Other Extended GTA (Bowmanville, Milton, Ballantrae, Brooklin, Brougham, Cedar Mills, Columbus, Courtice, East Gwillimby, Georgetown, Gormly, Greenwood, Holland Landing, Mitchell's Corner, Palgrave, Sharon, Waterdown).
    • $25 - Flat Rate Canada Wide Shipping
    • $25-Saturday delivery to Toronto, GTA and Extended GTA

    Transit Time Domestically

    In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 9 days business days.  Please be advised that we cannot guarantee arrival times of your gift when it is shipped. Please let us know in the comments section when you would like your gift to arrive so we can ship it out accordingly.

     Dispatch Time

    Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    Saturday Delivery

    Saturday delivery is available in Toronto, GTA and the Extended GTA . Please note that there is an additional cost for this service.

    Delivery Delays

    We strive to deliver your order within our delivery timeframe (courier shipping timeframes are indicative only since they are beyond our control), however we cannot take responsibility for late delivery of gifts due to location, adverse weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect address, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason beyond our control.
    If your gift has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe on our delivery page, please contact us at: info@cuatedbycarmen.com with your order details and we will contact the courier to establish the reason for delayed delivery and an estimated date for delivery. 

     Pick Ups

    Sorry, we are an online only business and do not allow pick-ups (our liquor license also doesn’t allow it).
